- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Bart has been the most caring friend and vet to our dogs that we have ever met. If you're looking for someone who will get right down on the floor and spoil your pet with affection then Dr Bart is your guy. It's extremely comforting to see how much he loves animals and shares such compassion just as if your pet is his pet too. My wife and I were extremely saddened when we moved away and had to try find a new office to care for our dogs. Even since we've moved away we've received very touching messages from Dr Bart checking in to see how our girls our doing.
